Premier Pool Builders App (“PPB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Ecomtraders & Investments Inc., a Florida corporation doing business as Premier Pool Builders App.
This Privacy Policy explains how PPB collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when individuals access or use the Premier Pool Builders App platform.
In this Privacy Policy:
- “Premier Pool Builders App,” “PPB,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the operator identified above.
- “Platform” means the PPB websites, customer portals, worker and employee portals, administrative portals, applications, integrations, communications, and related services.
- “Builder” means the independent builder, contractor, pool-service company, employer, or other business that subscribes to and uses the Platform.
- “User” or “you” means a homeowner, customer, property owner, employee, worker, subcontractor, administrator, company owner, representative, website visitor, or other person who accesses or interacts with the Platform.
1. PPB's role
PPB provides software that Builders use to manage customers, personnel, projects, work orders, documents, communications, schedules, estimates, invoices, payments, warranties, and other business activities.

PPB separately determines how information is used for account administration, authentication, Platform security, fraud prevention, technical support, subscription administration, system operation, legal compliance, and Platform improvement.
PPB is not your pool builder, contractor, or employer.
